Knockaround is committed to customer satisfaction. We want to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, which is why we offer a 30 day return / exchange period.
- Returned / exchanged items must be in 100% resalable condition (unworn, unused, undamaged)
- Timeframe begins at original purchase date
- All returns and exchanges must be initiated from original point of sale (i.e.: Knockaround.com)
To return a product:
1. If your item(s) meets the criteria above, please email our Customer Support Team at email@example.com. In your email, please provide your order number as well as the product name(s) and SKU(s) you wish to return, and reasons for return.
2. Once your email request is received, Knockaround will provide a pre-paid USPS First Class shipping label to return your items.
3. Print the label out and drop your package off at the nearest USPS shipping location.
Once the product is returned and passes inspection, Knockaround will process the refund to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days for credit to clear.
Keep in mind original shipping charges will not be included in the refund.
To exchange a product:
1. If your item(s) meets the criteria above, please email our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, please provide your order number as well as the product name(s) and SKU(s) you wish to exchange, and reasons for exchange.
2. Once approved, YOU will be responsible for the cost of shipping of the product to Knockaround. Knockaround is not responsible for returned products lost in transit. We encourage using a reliable shipping service with tracking information such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
3. Once all items have been received, our Support Team will ship the new item(s) back to you.
We do NOT currently accept returns or exchanges on Custom Shop orders, Limited Editions, Knock Boxes, or any international orders. All sales of those items are final.
