We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse here in San Diego, CA, with the exception of holidays. For most standard orders, shipping takes about 5-7 business days depending on your selected carrier method at checkout (please allow up to 12 days for custom shades). Get your order sooner with our priority mail, 2nd day air, or overnight domestic shipping options. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
We also offer easy, free returns within 30 days of purchase for most products, with the exception of Custom Shop, Limited Editions, promotional items, and international orders. Check out our Help Center’s FAQ on returns for more information.

In 2022, Knockaroud officially became Plastic Neutral—for every pound of plastic we use, we remove one pound from the environment elsewhere. But that’s far from where our sustainability efforts end. Nice glasses with one major functionality flaw experienced with other Knockaround sunglasses
I bought these for my wife and there's been an issue where a screw on one side would constantly come loose and fall out. I've had this issue with one other pair of glasses of mine that are also Knockaround's. It actually became stripped from having to screw it back in since it would become loose all the time. I solved the issue by putting a little super glue on the screw and screwing it back in. Had to do this with both pairs that were having issues.
Knockaround, please make sure your glasses don't have this issue anymore. I've also noticed other pairs of ours easily become loose and have to be tightened so that the arms don't become loose and open by themselves. We have all Knockaround's, 10 pairs, and will not be buying them anymore if we continue to have these issues. I've been a fan of Knockaround and solely bought your sunglasses since 2016 and this issue is starting to make me consider buying other brands from now on. Thank you.
