Refund policy

Returns:

Knockaround is committed to customer satisfaction. We want to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, which is why we offer a 30 day return / exchange period.

Returned / exchanged items must be in 100% resalable condition (unworn, unused, undamaged)
Timeframe begins at original purchase date.

While most of our products are eligible to be returned and/or exchanged, the following items are marked as final sale:

• Custom Shop products
• Limited Edition pairs
• Items from Buy One Get One Sale & Buy Two Get One Sale
• Free Mystery pairs during promotion
• Items marked as final sale

Once the product is returned to our warehouse and passes a quick inspection, Knockaround will process the refund to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for refund to process. Keep in mind original shipping charges will not be included in the refund.

To exchange a product: 

Visit our return center and when you input your order number, you will have the option to "Return" the item or "Select Something New". Make sure to choose the "Select Something New" option and you will be able to choose the item you would like to exchange for. Please note that there may be a price difference and additional payment may be required.
