Knockaround Rewards Tiers are based on your annual spend. To reach the next tier, you must spend the minimum tier threshold within a 12-month period ($100 for Fans and $200 for Super Fans). Once you've met the minimum spend, you will be immediately upgraded to the next tier level.

Yep! Once you sign up for Knockaround Rewards, you will unlock your points from any purchases made in the last 30 days.

Your purchase points will be available for redemption 14 days after your order is placed. These points will remain in your rewards account as "pending" during this 14-day approval period.

When redeeming rewards points, a unique voucher code will be automatically applied to your order. This cannot be combined with other coupon codes.
