We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse here in San Diego, CA, with the exception of holidays. For most standard orders, shipping takes about 5-7 business days depending on your selected carrier method at checkout (please allow up to 12 days for custom shades). Get your order sooner with our priority mail, 2nd day air, or overnight domestic shipping options. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
We also offer easy, free returns within 30 days of purchase for most products, with the exception of Custom Shop, Limited Editions, promotional items, and international orders. Check out our Help Center’s FAQ on returns for more information.

They are too big on my face and when I reached out to knock around, they never even replied to my email about me wanting to return them or exchange them so now I’m stuck with them and giving them to my husband for his birthday

I love these shades. I got tired of having to replace $200 Oakleys so I gave these a try. Right out of the box, I loved their finish. They didn’t feel rickety or cheaply made. I went with the Grateful Dead designed ones and I wasn’t disappointed. The fit is perfect! I’ve already worn them out kayaking and I couldn’t be happier.
