We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse here in San Diego, CA, with the exception of holidays. For most standard orders, shipping takes about 5-7 business days depending on your selected carrier method at checkout (please allow up to 12 days for custom shades). Get your order sooner with our priority mail, 2nd day air, or overnight domestic shipping options. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

In 2022, Knockaroud officially became Plastic Neutral—for every pound of plastic we use, we remove one pound from the environment elsewhere. But that’s far from where our sustainability efforts end. We’ve also implemented minimalist, recycled packaging, eliminated single-use plastics, and included recycled materials in our products whenever possible. There’s always more progress to be made, but we’re committed to putting in the work.

Love the look and design, however they literally fell apart when I was wearing them. Only three weeks of wear and the arm fell off. I was able to connect with customer support and they did replace them. In the meantime I switched to another I recently purchased and the same thing is happening and I noticed the logo is not even on the sides of the arms. The quality has definitely declined. I will be calling about the green pair. I have purchased many sunglasses from Knockaround dating back over a year ago so I’m basing my review on the previous purchases. I am so disappointed that the quality has definitely declined!!!!
