We ship Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays. For most standard orders, shipping takes about 5-7 business days depending on your selected carrier method at checkout (please allow up to 12 days for custom shades). Get your order sooner with our priority mail, 2nd day air, or overnight domestic shipping options. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

In 2022, Knockaroud officially became Plastic Neutral—for every pound of plastic we use, we remove one pound from the environment elsewhere. But that’s far from where our sustainability efforts end. We’ve also implemented minimalist, recycled packaging, eliminated single-use plastics, and included recycled materials in our products whenever possible. There’s always more progress to be made, but we’re committed to putting in the work.

Making high-quality shades is the core of what we do, but inevitably that means we contribute to excess plastic byproduct. The idea of being a net drain on the environment doesn’t sit well with us, so we partnered with 4ocean to maintain plastic neutrality and work further to improve the environmental friendliness of our process.

I really like the Rio Clouds when the lenses are not reflective, so you can actually see the squared frames at the corners. The nosebridge width and temple size is perfect, and the metal inserts give the arms more strength and make them more symmetrical and less likely to warp. The lenses are also completely flat, which is another cool feature I am not used to. The color is subtle and fits in with my earthtone wardrobe. Might have to grab a second pair!
