Description

Simply put, the A1A Torrey Pines are bold. But hey, that’s what makes them so rad. The front frame features a glossy turquoise exterior over a translucent tropical purple base. Down each arm, the turquoise begins to vent, revealing a translucent electric peach interior. Violet vaporwave lenses and white K-logos give this pair one last punch of pop.

Designed on our most full-coverage frame style, the Torrey Pines provide extra-wide lens coverage, UV400 protection (like all of our lenses), and spring hinges to accommodate even the largest faces. Every pair comes with a neon South Beach protective pouch and a hand-numbered edition card.

Sustainability

In 2022, Knockaroud officially became Plastic Neutral—for every pound of plastic we use, we remove one pound from the environment elsewhere. But that’s far from where our sustainability efforts end. We’ve also implemented minimalist, recycled packaging, eliminated single-use plastics, and included recycled materials in our products whenever possible. There’s always more progress to be made, but we’re committed to putting in the work.

A1A

Grab the keys to the Testarossa, we’re going on a cruise. State Road A1A goes all the way to Miami, and we’re taking it back to South Beach, 1985. The land of Italian sport coats, pastel T-shirts, linen pants, and slip-on sockless loafers. A place where neon reigns and Gloria Estefan is queen. There’s life on every corner. Bold isn’t the exception, it’s the rule.

When you’ve got something this lively, it’s only a matter of time until it comes back around. The A1A’s are back and bigger than ever. Our question to you is: are you feeling bold?

Stay Glare Aware

Polarized Lenses

Polarized lenses cut glare by filtering out horizontal light waves, like the ones that bounce off water or the road. Without this glare, you’re left with a more gentle view and reduced eye strain, not to mention crisper, cleaner details!

Committed to Sustainability

Knockaround is Plastic Neutral

Making high-quality shades is the core of what we do, but inevitably that means we contribute to excess plastic byproduct. The idea of being a net drain on the environment doesn’t sit well with us, so we partnered with 4ocean to maintain plastic neutrality and work further to improve the environmental friendliness of our process.
