Great sunglasses and even better customer support!
I’m a big fan of these sunglasses! I had seen them around, but hadn’t pulled the trigger until recently. I don’t usually spend a lot of money on sunglasses due to breaking and/or losing them working events, so $50 was bit steep for me. I saw it as an investment, something I would wear to basically every Giants game (we go to ~25 games/year). I constantly get compliments on them, and refer them to the brand when asked about where I got them.
With these, I generally keep them in the bag (and even box) they came in. However, due to constant use, and maybe some weather conditions in the Bay Area, the sides started to peel. I reached out to the customer service department, and after providing a photo, and original proof of purchase, I was approved for a replacement pair!
I have to say I really appreciate how easy and smooth this process was. I didn’t mind providing the necessary information, as I legitimately purchased them, and was legitimately upset that they were peeling.
