Knockterra™ Performance Lens Tech
With both water-resistant and oil-resistant coatings built in, any sweat, water, or fingerprint that makes its way to your lenses during your workout won’t hinder your performance. Purposefully non-polarized, they also allow for enhanced depth perception for sports that rely on this visual aid. As always, these lenses are impact resistant and provide full UV400 protection.

We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse here in San Diego, CA, with the exception of holidays. For most standard orders, shipping takes about 5-7 business days depending on your selected carrier method at checkout (please allow up to 12 days for custom shades). Get your order sooner with our priority mail, 2nd day air, or overnight domestic shipping options. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

In 2022, Knockaroud officially became Plastic Neutral—for every pound of plastic we use, we remove one pound from the environment elsewhere. But that’s far from where our sustainability efforts end. We’ve also implemented minimalist, recycled packaging, eliminated single-use plastics, and included recycled materials in our products whenever possible. Athletes that rely on depth perception (golfers, baseball players, mountain bikers, etc.) benefit from a bit of glare, which helps to determine things like distance, depth, contrast, slope, surface conditions, and more.

I decided to try these sunglasses to use for bike rides since it's very windy in New Mexico and my eyes take a beating. I have a medium size face and the glasses cover the front and wrap around is perfect. They let in just enough air to keep from fogging and fit perfectly with my helmet. Their light weight is also a plus.

Cycling in late fall and extra-early spring come with the possibility of biting wind. Turns out the front of the eye becomes irritated by the buffeting air movement and this causes the tear glands to produce excess tears. I know this is probably common knowledge, but I didn't know, k?!!
But this is also where the Robotron 500 Campeones (I have to say the name in full for extra umph!) come in to save the day. The wider frame is perfect at keeping my eyes free of tears and the temple tips are oh-so-grippy so they stay onnnn. Unfortunately, I can't pull them off as casual wear, so I'll just be cycling in them, which is A-ok.
