We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse here in San Diego, CA, with the exception of holidays. For most standard orders, shipping takes about 5-7 business days depending on your selected carrier method at checkout (please allow up to 12 days for custom shades). Get your order sooner with our priority mail, 2nd day air, or overnight domestic shipping options. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

We also offer easy, free returns within 30 days of purchase for most products, with the exception of Custom Shop, Limited Editions, promotional items, and international orders. Check out our Help Center’s FAQ on returns for more information.

In 2022, Knockaroud officially became Plastic Neutral—for every pound of plastic we use, we remove one pound from the environment elsewhere. But that’s far from where our sustainability efforts end. We’ve also implemented minimalist, recycled packaging, eliminated single-use plastics, and included recycled materials in our products whenever possible. There’s always more progress to be made, but we’re committed to putting in the work.

Knockaround: Great Shades, But Prepare for Text Spam!

I'm absolutely stoked with my Knockaround sunglasses! They shipped fast, and to my surprise, arrived in even better condition than the add had described. This was a great value for the price, and I really appreciate how well they were shipped in plenty of plastic wrap. The only real downside? Be ready for a barrage of daily text messages about their sales.

I'll definitely be buying from these guys again for the product, just wish they'd ease up on the texts!

THESE ARE SO PRETTY!

I like to change out my glasses with the season/holiday. I had gotten the Green Thumbs a couple years ago, but whatever that frame style was, did not fit my face correctly. They always slipped off as well when I put them on top of my head. I think these are Paso Robles, which is a new frame shape for me. They are great! I love the way they fit my face, hold back my hair lol, and they don't pinch at all. Plus, the Azalea print, color combo, and frame color are just so pretty. They are perfect for my spring set!
