We are now in the third year of Knockaround Class Acts, which is our ongoing campaign that aims to donate money, resources, and art supplies to local, underfunded elementary schools. This year we visited three more schools and received over 300 amazing student design submissions. The standout design though was by Evan Bui, a fourth-grader, who created the Limited Edition Striker Premiums. Evan’s inspiration was lightning bolts, as he wanted people to feel shocked when they saw them. The Striker sunglasses feature Glossy Sky Blue fronts with Mint Green interiors and Bright Orange arms with Lightning Yellow bolts running down the side. Each pair comes with a lightning bolt protective pouch, hand-numbered edition card, and a 2015 Class Acts zine featuring original artwork by Evan and some of his classmates!

In 2022, Knockaroud officially became Plastic Neutral—for every pound of plastic we use, we remove one pound from the environment elsewhere. But that’s far from where our sustainability efforts end. We’ve also implemented minimalist, recycled packaging, eliminated single-use plastics, and included recycled materials in our products whenever possible. There’s always more progress to be made, but we’re committed to putting in the work.

We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse here in San Diego, CA, with the exception of holidays. For most standard orders, shipping takes about 5-7 business days depending on your selected carrier method at checkout (please allow up to 12 days for custom shades). Get your order sooner with our priority mail, 2nd day air, or overnight domestic shipping options. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
We also offer easy, free returns within 30 days of purchase for most products, with the exception of Custom Shop, Limited Editions, promotional items, and international orders. Check out our Help Center’s FAQ on returns for more information.
