Customer service at its best!

This is my second pair. They have a progressive prescription and are better than the regular glasses I wear that were more expensive. I broke my first pair on vacation, called customer service to see if I could order just new frames since the lenses were still good. They offered me a gift certificate for a completely new frame INCLUDING new prescription lenses. Wow, that's customer service! Will definitely be purchasing more from Knockaround.
