We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse here in San Diego, CA, with the exception of holidays. For most standard orders, shipping takes about 5-7 business days depending on your selected carrier method at checkout (please allow up to 12 days for custom shades). Get your order sooner with our priority mail, 2nd day air, or overnight domestic shipping options. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

We also offer easy, free returns within 30 days of purchase for most products, with the exception of Custom Shop, Limited Editions, promotional items, and international orders. Check out our Help Center’s FAQ on returns for more information.

Nice glasses

I am happy with my new prescription sunglasses. The prescription is really good, nice and clear. I find the glasses to be comfortable and the pattern is really cute. The glasses are a matte finish, and based on photos online I was expecting them to be a glossy finish, so I was a little bummed about that. However, they’re still nice looking. I also expected the lenses to be slightly more mirrored than they were. These are a little larger than I expected for my small face, but they do fit. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and would continue to buy knockarounds in the future.
