We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse here in San Diego, CA, with the exception of holidays. For most standard orders, shipping takes about 5-7 business days depending on your selected carrier method at checkout (please allow up to 12 days for custom shades). Get your order sooner with our priority mail, 2nd day air, or overnight domestic shipping options. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

In 2022, Knockaroud officially became Plastic Neutral—for every pound of plastic we use, we remove one pound from the environment elsewhere. But that’s far from where our sustainability efforts end. Nicest Case I've Ever Owned

I wanted a case for my new sunglasses that would not only protect them from scratches, but that would also keep them from getting "squished" in my purse. I have many Knockaround soft cases, but this was my first time purchasing a hard shell case. The look and feel of this case is high-quality. It opens and closes with ease, and is super smooth. I've only been using it for a few weeks, so I am hopeful it will hold up over time!

Definitely returning them them material not as expected. As soon as open the package I saw the material peeling off. The material is not properly bonded and its poor quality. Definitely will returnthe case and ask for a refund.
