Knockaround Rewards Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 5, 2025

Welcome to the Knockaround Rewards Program (“Program”) offered by Knockaround, LLC (“Knockaround,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Program, earning or redeeming points, or otherwise participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

These Terms are in addition to and incorporated by reference into our general website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and our other Terms & Conditions, the other Terms will control to the extent set forth there.

1. Membership & Eligibility

1. Membership in the Program is free and available when you enroll in your Knockaround account and opt-in to the Program.
2. You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by law) to participate. By enrolling you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Membership is limited to individual consumers for personal use only; accounts used for commercial/resale purposes or multiple/allied uses may be disqualified.
4. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse participation, suspend or terminate your membership or cancel points if we determine abuse, fraud, or violation of the Terms.
   
   

2. Earning Points

1. As a Program Member, you will earn “Knock Points” for qualifying actions, including but not limited to:
• 350 points for joining the Program.
• 5 points per US$1 spent on eligible purchases at knockaround.com.
• Bonus-points opportunities, such as following us on Instagram/Twitter (25 points each), liking us on Facebook (25 points), subscribing to our email list (25 points), leaving a verified review (100 points), or celebrating your birthday (1,000 points).
• Referrals of friends (see Section 4).
2. Points will be credited to your Program account once the qualifying activity is verified and fulfilled.
3. Qualifying purchases do not include applicable taxes, duties, shipping/handling charges, gift cards, or excluded product categories (e.g., prescription/Rx orders).
4. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
   
   

3. Point Expiration & Account Status

1. Your earned points do not expire, provided your Program account remains active.
2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation (including cancelling accrued points) if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if you violate these Terms.
   
   

4. Referral Program

1. Members may refer friends to enroll and make a qualifying purchase; successful referrals will earn reward points or other referral benefits as described in our referral communications.
2. The referred friend’s purchase must meet any minimum eligibility requirement specified at the time of the offer.
3. Referral rewards are subject to limits, restrictions or blackout periods; we may change or terminate referral offers at any time.
   
   

5. Redeeming Points

1. Members may redeem points at checkout toward eligible purchases via the point-slider or other redemption options.
2. Conversion: 100 points = US $1 in discount toward your order.
3. Minimum redemption: you must have at least 500 points (US $5) to redeem.
4. Maximum redemption (at time of these Terms) may be limited (for example up to US $30 off via points).
5. Points may not be used toward shipping, taxes, duties or excluded product categories (e.g., prescription/Rx orders/gift cards/pre-orders), and may not be combined with certain promotional offers.
   
6. Once you redeem points, the discount is final and cannot be refunded back into points.
   
   

6. Program Tiers and Perks (Optional/Future)

While current participation may not require tier status, we reserve the right to introduce tier levels or status benefits at our discretion, similar to other loyalty programs. Perks may include early access, bonus point multipliers, exclusive discounts, but are not guaranteed, may vary by tier, and are subject to change.

7. Changes, Modification & Termination

1. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part thereof—including how points are earned, redeemed, or valued—at any time with or without prior notice.
2. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately unless otherwise stated. By continuing to participate after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.
3. If the Program is terminated, we may cancel accrued points, convert accrued points, provide a limited window for redemption, or substitute a similar program, as we deem appropriate.
   
   

8. General Conditions & Limitations

1. We reserve the right to audit all transactions and to deduct or void any points earned from orders that are returned, refunded or cancelled.
2. Points, benefits, and rewards are promotional and have no cash value; you have no property right in them.
3. The Program account is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared, assigned or combined with other accounts.
4. The Program does not constitute a contract of employment or guarantee any specific benefit or reward. Participation is voluntary and subject to our approval.
5. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of your account or points—for your protection keep your login credentials secure.
6. By participating, you agree we may collect and use data about your participation (points earned, redemptions, referrals) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. These Terms—and your participation—are governed by applicable federal, state and local laws. To the extent any provision is prohibited or unenforceable under local law, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to comply, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force.
8. Participation in our promotional programs is always optional, and you can terminate program participation at any time as explained in applicable program terms. You may also contact us at support@knockaround.com to unsubscribe or cancel your participation.
   
   

9. Disputes

Any dispute regarding the Program or your points or account must be submitted in writing within 60 days of the date the alleged issue arose. After that period, the transaction will be considered accurate.
