We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse here in San Diego, CA, with the exception of holidays. For most standard orders, shipping takes about 5-7 business days depending on your selected carrier method at checkout (please allow up to 12 days for custom shades). Get your order sooner with our priority mail, 2nd day air, or overnight domestic shipping options. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
We also offer easy, free returns within 30 days of purchase for most products, with the exception of Custom Shop, Limited Editions, promotional items, and international orders. Check out our Help Center’s FAQ on returns for more information.

In 2022, Knockaroud officially became Plastic Neutral—for every pound of plastic we use, we remove one pound from the environment elsewhere. But that’s far from where our sustainability efforts end. We’ve also implemented minimalist, recycled packaging, eliminated single-use plastics, and included recycled materials in our products whenever possible. There’s always more progress to be made, but we’re committed to putting in the work.

Making high-quality shades is the core of what we do, but inevitably that means we contribute to excess plastic byproduct. The idea of being a net drain on the environment doesn’t sit well with us, so we partnered with 4ocean to maintain plastic neutrality and work further to improve the environmental friendliness of our process.

The artwork on the frame, bag, and box are all awesome. The frames have a nice matte feel to them. Great collector piece. And obviously a way to show support to Matt and Trey!

These sunglasses are everything I hoped for—fun, comfortable, and totally unique. The South Park design gets compliments every time I wear them, and the polarized green lenses really cut down on glare without being too dark. They feel surprisingly sturdy for the price, and the rubberized finish keeps them from slipping when it’s hot out. The little character details on the arms are awesome—it’s like a subtle nod to the show without being over the top. For $40, they’re a steal. If you’re a South Park fan, these are a no-brainer.
