We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse here in San Diego, CA, with the exception of holidays. For most standard orders, shipping takes about 5-7 business days depending on your selected carrier method at checkout (please allow up to 12 days for custom shades). Get your order sooner with our priority mail, 2nd day air, or overnight domestic shipping options. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

In 2022, Knockaroud officially became Plastic Neutral—for every pound of plastic we use, we remove one pound from the environment elsewhere. But that’s far from where our sustainability efforts end. We’ve also implemented minimalist, recycled packaging, eliminated single-use plastics, and included recycled materials in our products whenever possible. There’s always more progress to be made, but we’re committed to putting in the work.

My daughter saw my glasses and begged me to get her a pair. She saw these and wanted them immediately, but they were Pre-Order. We waited until they were available and I also got lucky with a sale you were having. She now has her glasses and can't stop wearing them and taking them everywhere with her. She says they don't hurt her ears and likes that they're lightweight. I may have created a monster by getting her these. We might be ordering more for her and her brothers!
